Monthly planning and weekly delivery schedule making for Consumable materials.Optimize FCM stock with WCM tools/methodology.Raw material stock management and operation in SAP system.WCM activity involved in Supply Chain pillar.Make finished goods delivery plan according to delivery tasks in SAP from SCCT department.Optimize finished goods logistic cost through co-work with SCCT team.Strictly follow working procedure to monitor on site supplier performance and ensure delivery quality. Handle delivery documents(delivery note, COA…ect) accurate and timely.Exceptional situation management, such as rush delivery request, shipment delay, transportation damage and etc.Loading management inside warehouse to ensure delivery quantity and quality are within requirement and products protected according to loading specification. Handle transportation claim, follow process to make sure return delivery meet customer request.KPI (logistic cost, payload, delivery volume, delivery on time/in full) reporting and Ad hoc reportingAttend/Lead teams or actions to improve delivery service and logistic cost.
Requirements:Bachelor degree similar in engineering or logistic3 to 5 years of experience in logistic and planning in manufacture industry, 3rd party logistic management experience and WCM knowledge is an advantage.Strong communication skill, good analytical and reporting skillGood command of written and oral English.Good MS office skill, especially PowerPoint and Excel. SAP knowledge is appreciated.Good team player with strong sense of responsibility, Initiative and motivational, can work under high pressure.
